Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items* within 14 days from the date of purchase for domestic orders, and 45 days for international orders, provided that all original tags are attached.  
All returns are processed in Shop Credits. We do not offer cash refunds for returns.  
All postal fees, customs duties, and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.

We highly recommend using registered mail, as 'Oh Darling' will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during return transit. All postal fees, customs duties, and taxes will be borne by the customer.

Once we have verified your return, a Shop Credit refund will be issued to your account at ohdarling.com. Your Shop Credit will be valid for 180 days from the date of issue and must be fully used in one transaction. It can only be redeemed online at ohdarling.com.

 

All returns will be processed within 5-7 working days. Please allow some time for your Shop Credit refund to reflect in your account.

Please note that all collectibles, swimwear, and items under our sale range are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
